Job Description
Requirements:
· Daily deposits of all incoming cash.
· Must be organized and detail orientated.
· Posting payments to customers' accounts in QuickBooks.
· Handle major customer accounts.
· Monitoring of aging invoices.
· Ensure timely collection of payments.
· Answer A/R calls and questions and collect on outstanding balances.
· Strong listening skills.
· Computer literate.
Primary Duties
· Daily deposits and posting to accounts.
· Process credit applications and credit inquires.
· Have customer contact.
· Perform bank reconciliations.
· Review and verify daily ACH payments, deductions, chargebacks, credits and compliance.

· Day time hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
