Responsibilities:
-Maintaining the billing system ...
-Preforming account reconciliations
-Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
-Producing monthly financial and management reports
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with Great Plains a plus
An ability to work independently
An ability to prioritize and manage expectations
A keen eye for detail
The ability to communicate efficiently with people within the company
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in an accounts receivable role
- MS Office Suite experience
