Accounts Receivable Clerk
LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk in the Boynton Beach, FL area. Our client is looking to bring on an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support a standard office structure. This role will be in a fast-paced environment with team and independent projects or tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry tasks, including the input of financial transactions into the accounting system.
Assist in reconciling bank statements and Accounts Receivable/payable.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing journal entries.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Provide support for audits and other financial assessments.
Assist in maintaining organized and accurate financial records.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in an accounting clerk role or similar position is advantageous.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
Compensation: $18-$19/hr

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
