Job Overview:

We are an established oilfield service company specializing in Insulation & Noise Abatement. We are growing and need to hire an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk. If you're dedicated, ambitious, detail-oriented, and have creative problem-solving skills, you may qualify for this position.

Responsibilities:

•Prepare and send invoices to clients.

•Maintain precise records of all incoming payments.

•Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices.

•Work collaboratively with accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances.

•Audit all receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in accounting.

•Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed.

•Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments.

Qualifications:

•3-5 years’ experience in Billing & Accounts Receivable.

•Familiarity with industry-standard accounting software, such as QuickBooks.

•Working knowledge of database and spreadsheet software, such as Excel.

•Relevant experience using modern communication systems, including email and phone systems.

•Expert-level experience using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.

•Strong communication skills and the ability to handle potentially tense interactions with clients.

•A desire and ability to work collaboratively with others to accomplish goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
