Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk (Ft)

• Process outgoing payments following financial policies and procedures
• Conduct day-to day financial transactions
• Reconcile accounts payable ledger
• Identify and look into any discrepancies
• Help with invoice payments
• Maintain monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
• Understand expense accounts and cost centers

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong communications skills
• Great computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good telephone presence
