- 2+ years of full-time experience as an AR/AP clerk
- CAPP or CAPA certification
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency with financial software
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
- Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures
- Respond to employee inquiries, questions, or concerns regarding payroll
- Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
- Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
- Analyzing workflow processes
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
- Ensuring payables and payroll are processed in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
- Processing due invoices for payments
- Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges
- Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts
- Working alongside our CPA
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 per hour
