Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Position

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Clerk. This is a full-time position .

Duties:
- Process and record customer payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare and send invoices to customers
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Reconcile discrepancies in customer accounts
- Assist with the collection efforts by contacting customers regarding outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions

Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounts receivable/accounts payable or a related field preferred
- Proficient in using QuickBooks, for invoice creation and payment processing
-Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
