As a professional in Business Services, you have the experience and skills to ensure our Delivery Hub operations are effective, efficient, timely, and valuable for internal and external clients. You know how to interface with internal and external customers and leadership to understand needs and gain insight on Business Services performance.
As a member of the Accounts Payable Operations team, you will perform managerial, auditing and development responsibilities, including payment management, SOX compliance and audit support, team training and development, ePayables oversight, and receivables and refunds auditing.
How You’ll Contribute:
Supervise and develop the AP Operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure the smooth execution of AP operational tasks and provide support to AP Operations team.
Provide regular reports on AP Operations, providing insights and recommendations as required.
Conduct regular reviews of AP Operations activities to ensure adherence to established procedures and compliance standards.
Develop and implement corrective actions in cases of non-compliance or process deviations.
Oversee all aspects of check-runs and payment management.
Monitor and manage risks related to unclaimed property, escheatment, and open and deferred payments.
Supervise 1099 reporting and associated supplier data reviews.
Handle high-level supplier communications for bank data updates and conversions.
Collaborate with functional teams to ensure compliance with SOX and DFARs controls.
Collaborate with general accounting for GL analysis and reporting.
Guide the onboarding processes for electronic invoicing and CXML adoption.
Address escalated issues from internal and external stakeholders.

You Have:
5+ years of experience with Accounts Payable
Experience in a supervisory role
Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Knowledge of Government Contracting compliance
Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels
Ability to identify and drive process improvements forward
Ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Ivalua and Costpoint
Experience with bank reconciliation tools and platforms
Experience with 1099 reporting tools and software
Experience with electronic invoicing platforms, such as Transcepta
Knowledge of ePayables and related platforms
Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
