Accounts Payable Clerk/Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk/Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing and managing all aspects of Accounts Payable, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers. This is a crucial role in our organization, and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of corporate accounting principles.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm; 50 hours per week (10 hours overtime pay)

```Duties```

- Process invoices, answer phones, take orders from customers

- Verify the accuracy of invoices and resolve any discrepancies

- Prepare and process payments to vendors and suppliers

- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any outstanding issues

- Maintain accurate records of all Accounts Payable transactions

```Experience```

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role

- Experience with account reconciliation

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

-Spanish speaking is a plus
