Accounts Payable Clerk

We are in immediate need of an Accounts Payable Clerk and looking for the right individual to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Review vendor invoices ensuring proper approval and or PO# expense to proper account reconcile all vendor invoices to statements for batch payment no later than 10th.
• Post and reconcile Manufacturer invoices and credit card statements to monthly statements
• Process check requests expense accordingly
• Maintain related schedules (sublet, advertising, factory) make notes as needed
• Maintain vendor W9 files
• Post advertising budgets process invoices verify to budget
• Perform monthly accruals as needed
• Assist in month-end closing duties
• Prepare and file 1099 forms annually
• Pay all vendor bills for customers and for the dealership
• Duties as assigned
• Must have a minimum of 2 years accounting experience
• Position is from 8 am to 5 pm with a 1 hour lunch. No Saturdays
• Auto Dealership experience is a plus
