SalaryThe Position:
This position is responsible for providing accounting and administrative support to the Finance department and other Senior staff members.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Accounts Payable – review, code and process invoices
- Support the online Resource Management platform - Float
- Coordinate and support meetings and events, make travel arrangements
- Manage other documents and processes as needed, including expense reports
Position Requirements
- Bookkeeping experience – Accounts Payable preferred
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Proficient in working with online platforms and applications
Personal Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Can-do and hands-on attitude
- Proactive, and exercises good judgment
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
- College degree or equivalent preferred
- 2+ years of relevant office experience
