Responsibilities:
- Process and receive purchase orders
- Process Accounts Payable invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain communication with vendors
- Assist with a few month-end closing activities
- Prepare and analyze a few weekly reports and price sheets
Experience:
-General accounting knowledge with a knack for numbers
-General office experience preferred
-Data entry skills
-Focused and detailed oriented
- Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, MS Office, and Outlook
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
