Job Description:
Seeking a highly professional, detail oriented and organized individual for a full time, permanent role supporting a fast paced Property Management company
- Full time hours; Monday-Friday.
- Pay is based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
- Verify and correct data as needed
- Maintain and update files and databases
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Collect data from various sources and input it into the appropriate format
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Transcribe information from one format to another
Qualifications:
- Customer service: 2 years (Required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
