Position Purpose
Accounts Payable Clerk to take care of day-to-day account payables responsibilities
Nature & Scope
Reports to Accounts Payable Manager
Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

• Receive, verify, and accurately process invoices and credits into SAP.
• Effectively work with company Buyers & Planners to resolve purchase order, invoice, or payment discrepancies.
• Review and reconcile all vendor statements for accuracy. Request any missing invoices/credit from vendors.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers & payments.
• Respond to all vendor inquiries via email or phone in a timely manner.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong Data Entry skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable in Manufacturing industry or related field required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable and general accounting procedures.
• Familiarity with accounting programs and software. Work experience in SAP is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills; ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Effective verbal and written communications skills.

Job Conditions:

• Both office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory environment
• Subject to noise and temperature changes
