YOU MUST be proficient in CMI !!!!!
- You will be Responsible for all aspects of Construction Management Accounting including processing daily cash receipts, generating monthly charges and statements, generating management fee billings, set up in "CMI", regular collaboration and communication with Managers regarding issues, and the following:
- Mange Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Prepare daily bank deposits and perform security deposit funding and bank wires and transfers as necessary.
- Prepare monthly bank and cash reconciliations. Prepare any journal entries to post corrections. Communicate any discrepancies with property staff.
- Responsible for cash management and weekly check run.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Solid computer skills including Excel are required.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Intuitive analytical skills to proactively address and identify accounting and operational issues.
- Good financial reporting and technical skills.
- Strong work ethic. Ability and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
- Respond to information requests quickly and professionally.
- Achieve a strong level of business partnership with property managers and peers.
- Must have extensive experience using a personal computer, printer, calculator, multi- user telephone system, copier, fax machine.
- Experience in overseeing/managing the work of others, assigning tasks and promoting a team environment.
