SalaryThis position is responsible for Accounts Payable functions and will also assist other Accounting staff members and the Accounting Manager with any requested accounting duties.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Process and issue payments for employee expense reimbursements
- Process inventory purchases using 3-way matching
- Receive and catalog W-9’s and prepare 1099’s annually
- Reconcile/post/pay monthly credit card statements
- Bank Statement Reconciliation
- Perform AP closing procedures and review monthly
- Maintain all AP files
- Follow up with departments/vendors on any late payments/discrepancies and any outstanding checks
- Maintain/update/train on expense system used for employee/vendor reimbursement
- Prepare any information requests required by company audits
- Work closely with other AP team members and backup vendor invoicing as needed
- Back up on other Accounting department functions as needed
- Associate's degree from two-year college or university; and/or 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training in Accounting or Finance; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Solid Microsoft Office skills required: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- Chrome River Expense system preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $20.75 - $32.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
