Marquis Industries, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for its headquarters in Chatsworth, GA.

As a member of Marquis Industries, inc. Finance team, you will compile and maintain Accounts Payable records by performing the essential duties described below:

• Three-way match and enter invoices
• Review invoices for proper approval and coding
• Work with receiving on price & quantity variances
• Answers vendor inquiries.
• Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
• Department backup
• Assists in monthly closings and annual inventory
• Assists in pulling invoices for check run and matching with check copy
• Assists with filing
• Assists with research and special projects as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

At least 1-3 years’ experience working with Accounts Payable; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
