- Review purchase requisitions and check disbursements for supporting documents and proper approval
- Accurately and timely produce Accounts Payable checks to vendors, employees, and carriers
- Assist the Accounts Payable team with research and reconciliation of invoice errors
- Perform data entry into Oracle Accounts Payable module for invoices and vendor debit memos
- Interact with multiple departments to ensure invoices and wires are entered per corporate policies and procedures
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status
- Responsible for creating AP aging to schedule payments to carriers and vendors
- Responsible for providing weekly cash flow payments for carriers and suppliers
- Responsible for reconciling travel advance expenses on a monthly basis
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-2 years related experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of Accounts Payable or relevant office clerical experience
