Job Description
- Maintain daily log for the job site’s operations, and report to management
- Make changes in operations as necessary to meet deadlines
- Implement cost-effective and efficient management techniques
- Create and coordinate schedules
- Direct and evaluate site
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Effective leadership: Motivation, goal setting and conflict resolution
- Communication: Reading, writing, speaking, and listening
- Planning: Design execution, resource allocation and contingencies
- Equipment: Safe operating and maintenance
- Knowledge of construction budgeting best practices
- Local, state, and federal construction regulations
