Accounts Payable Associate

We are seeking an Accounts Payable clerk to join our team in our Accounting Team.

Job Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Coding and posting all invoices.

• Follow up with departments regarding open invoices needing approval.

• Monitoring invoices for tax, freight and misc charges.

• Process checks weekly.

• Maintains vendor files and adds new vendors as needed.

• Performs month end procedures to balance each month.

• Assists the Accounting Manager with bids for forklift sales.

• Makes sure all company vehicles are registered and inspected.

• Monitors company fuel cards and EZ pass for discrepancies.
