About the Role:

This position is responsible for the supervision and administration of the day-to-day activities of the Department, including implementation and compliance of agreed SOP, Process, and adherence to legislative and Group policies for all legal entities in North America. The position is responsible for overseeing and processing for vendor payments (Including Intercompany, 3rd party vendor Payments, reconciliation of payments (3rd party & Intercompany), Streamlining and managing DTBR and CNTBR related activities. Management of all critical vendors for business continuity (including Advance / down payment, rents, leases), Consolidating, reviewing, and approving Month end Accruals, Financial month end calendar activities including financial audit requirements (Internal / External Audits). Monthly Reporting and Analytics as required.

Main Responsibilities:

PTP management of activities
•    Identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for managing and processing of Invoices, Work Items, Intercompany and 3rd Party Vendors reconciliation (DTBR, CNTBR)
•    Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables from Accenture and ensure that PTP team is following the process as outlined in the SOP.
•    To Co-ordinate all Financial month, Year calendar activities, Accruals, Primary Freight & Extra cost analytics, Critical Vendors, Rents, leases, Advance / Down payments Audit requirements (Internal, External)
•    Participate in the preparation and establishment of operations objectives, work plans, conduct regular meetings (internal, external) to streamline and improve business processes.
•    Organize the execution of year end 1099 and 1042 forms to ensure they are correctly processed and distributed.
•    Management of eflow related activities, to ensure Work items are correctly routed.
•    Other duties as assigned.
Reporting/Analytical 
•    Monthly Primary Freight and extra cost analytics and reporting’s
•    Oversee, review, and conduct monthly reconciliation of Intercompany invoices for All North America entities.
•    Monthly and Yearly Financial year end activities
•    Facilitate workshops for Eflow, scheduling Agreements etc.
•    Manage and support Audit requirements (Internal, External) for necessary back up documents.
•    Prepare and Report 1099_Misc forms, 1096 & 1042 in accordance to IRS requirement for North America entities.
•    Management reporting and other analytics as requested and assist with GRC requirements.
