We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual to join our team of professionals. We are a CPA/Business Management firm with approximately 40 employees. We have an entertainment-based clientele incorporating high net worth individuals and executives.

About the Position:

The Accounts Payable Department is an integral department within our Business Management Firm. Accurate and precise attention to detail is of the utmost importance. Candidates must have excellent computer and data input skills (Microsoft Office). Knowledge of Datafaction and Imaging is a plus. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves Accounts Payable and detailed work.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
  • Enter/code all invoices, ensuring accuracy
  • Reconcile vendor statements
  • Research and correct discrepancies
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of the Business Management team
  • Monitor and maintains the repetitive
  • Communicates status of work and issues with managers or partners on a timely basis
  • Develop strong relationships with firm personnel
  • Demonstrate ability to proficiently use the firm’s Accounts Payable software requirements
  • Become familiar with the firm’s policies and procedures
  • Ensure the confidentiality of each client by following all company procedures regarding information handling

The ideal candidate will also possess:

  • 2-3+ years AP and/or Bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
