Accounting Specialist Position Cash Receipting.
This position is receivables - NOT PAYABLES Person will be handling cash and making deposits.
There is supervision and multiple checks in the process.
Cash is counted by multiple people. The tasks listed are a representation and not an all-inclusive list of essential job tasks for this position.
Prepares journal vouchers and other general ledger entries.
Data entry for accounting transactions into General Ledger. Audits and reconciles billing.
