As a Data Entry Clerk Pittsburgh Spray Equipment, you'll be part of our office team. You will help confirm customer orders including their pricing and invoice completed orders. Our customer base is mainly other businesses, but we do serve individual customers occasionally as well. This work is primarily done via computer, email, and phone.
Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Billing
- Enter Online Customer Orders into Accounting Software
- Enter non online customer orders into Accounting Software
- Invoice completed orders to include entering accurate cost information, filling in shipping costs, and emailing completed invoices
- Assist with customer service requests when other team members are on break
- Target order entry and billing is 60 - 90 orders per day for confirmation and invoicing
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently as part of the team and independently
- Attention to detail and ability to enter data accurately and quickly
Preferred:
- Experience in Order Entry and Data Entry
- Knowledge of, or experience working with, surface preparation and coating application equipment
Working Conditions:
Operating in a professional office environment, this role must be able to sit/stand in a stationary position for extended periods of time, consistently using a telephone, computer, and other office equipment. This position also needs to navigate computer systems and online applications for research, billing, and completing job tasks.
