We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computerized systems. This is a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data.
Required experience: 2-4 years Data Entry experience
This individual will be data entering over 3400+ privileges from an existing database into a new database. Attention to detail is needed for this position.
Other duties include: Greets vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors, and arranges for transportation services, when needed. May operate a switchboard to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
