Looking for Receptionist/Data Entry to add to our team!
You will be responsive for accurate Data Entry, file maintenance & recordkeeping.
- Answering Phones-good phone skills needed, transferring calls or taking written messages
- Enter & process shipments by UPS & Fedex
- Data Entry on daily basis(excellent typing skills)
- Peachtree or any other accounting program experience is helpful
- Process & Apply customer payments to invoices by check, cash & credit card
- Process bank deposits by electronic deposits
- Coordinate A/R receivables. Monitor any past due invoices & make collection calls or by email
- Experience in Typing, Excel, Word, Scanning & Emailing in outlook
- Auto Quotes Programs
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable, Self starter & able to work by yourself or as team player
- Small company room to expand you job duties as you learn
