***This is a temp to hire position.***
Pay rate: $14/hr. Weekly Pay!
Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 3:30 pm with a 30 minute lunch.
Job Description:
You will be researching addresses for returned/unable to forward mail for various tax departments. This mail includes invoices, garnishment letters, etc. The mail is scanned into the system so you will not have the documents in front of you. Candidates must be able to use various tools to research/obtain updated address information for taxpayers. Once the updated information is found, you will input correct addresses into the computer system.
Preferred Qualifications:
- STRONG Data Entry skills (Alpha, numeric, and function keys) with ability to use the “10-Key” number key pad on right side of keyboard.
- Ability to not look at keyboard while typing information from screen and focusing on 100% accuracy.
- Ability to be consistent with meeting daily requirements as set by trainer or supervisor.
- No absences the first 5 days of training. Maintain attendance standards. Start work on time, limit call offs and excessive requests off.
- Must have good time management and decision making skills; sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
