Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers and has strong organizational skills.

Duties:
- Enter and update data into databases and spreadsheets
- Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
- Review and correct any errors or discrepancies in the data
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Retrieve data from various sources as needed
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Basic math skills for data calculations
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Familiarity with order entry systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
