About the Job:
We are seeking a motivated individual to fill an opening in our Accounting department. The
Accounting Clerk will learn all of the duties involved in day-to-day operations with the Accounting
department. The Clerk reports to the company’s Vice President of Finance.
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
Contact vendors for missing/incomplete paperwork
Investigate differences between paperwork and receipts
Review and process incoming invoices
Process incoming payments
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Minimum Requirements:
Proficient with computers
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Effective problem-solving skills
Well organized, attentive to detail, accurate
