Entry Level Accounting Clerk

About the Job:

We are seeking a motivated individual to fill an opening in our Accounting department. The

Accounting Clerk will learn all of the duties involved in day-to-day operations with the Accounting

department. The Clerk reports to the company’s Vice President of Finance.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

 Contact vendors for missing/incomplete paperwork

 Investigate differences between paperwork and receipts

 Review and process incoming invoices

 Process incoming payments

 Process incoming and outgoing mail

 Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Minimum Requirements:

 Proficient with computers

 Basic Microsoft Office skills

 Strong written and verbal communication skills

 Effective problem-solving skills

 Well organized, attentive to detail, accurate
