Real Estate and Development company is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Collections and Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support, collections, and leveraging their technological proficiency to streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars for team members.
- Prepare and edit correspondence and reports using various software tools.
- Make collection calls to previous and current Tenants.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic documents and files.
- Utilize advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and emails.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using office equipment, including printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to software and hardware, liaising with IT support as needed.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of physical and electronic filing systems.
- Effectively communicate with the team, vendors, and clients through written and verbal correspondence.
- Monitor and respond to emails, prioritizing tasks and flagging important messages.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide support as required.
- Assist in the coordination of team projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt and learn new software and technologies quickly.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for computer-related issues.
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
