Accounting Clerk.

New temp to hire position in Gilroy for large food service company. You will support internal departments with business reports and entry level accounting record keeping. Are you looking to expand your knowledge and practical experience in Accounting? This may be the position for you!
Responsibilities:
Track monthly financial reports ...

Review monthly receivables for local and corporate programs.
Data entry, maintenance and monitoring of all vendor programs for tracking including local purchasing and marketing programs.
Send invoices to vendors or brokers, verify receipt of monies, and follow-up on delinquencies.
Print reports for management or other departments; maintain accurate records.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
1-2 years experience in Accounting or Accounting administrative support
