Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a strong understanding of general accounting principles and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Bookkeeping and general accounting including accounts payable and receivable duties.

· Invoicing

· Purchasing

· Assist with cost control reporting.

· Maintain and promote excellent vendor and customer relationships.

· General office administration duties

Job Requirements and Essential Skills:

· Excellent organization skills

· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

· Strong Analytical skills

· Excellent time management skills

· Superior written and verbal communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook

· Prove experience as Accounting Clerk or other clerical position.
