Billing Clerk

Position: Full time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay: $21 to $24 per hour based on experience

Tasks include:

- Reviewing driver tags for accuracy and calculate hours/tons/loads

- Based on tags, prepare invoices for customers on a daily basis

- Review invoices for accuracy and route for approval

-Great communication to deal drivers or management for any billing issues

- Taking calls

Qualifications and Experience:

- Must have strong computer and communication skills

- 10-key data entry

- Strong analytical skills/Mathematically proficient

- Ability to multi task

- Strong attention to detail

- Highly organized

- Ability to identify and resolve problems

- Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines
