Accounting Clerk

Our firm is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk who is experienced in working in a fast-paced environment. We're seeking an individual who can deal with a high volume of work and can maintain a professional attitude. This position requires excellent organizational skills, as our Accounting Clerk must keep accurate financial records, handle all incoming and outgoing mail, and prepare bank deposits. This position also helps the HR department with onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities:

• Data Entry
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivables
• Daily Invoicing
• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly and year-end account reconciliations.
• Perform account reconciliations
• Perform month-end closing procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
