Location: Shelbyville, KY (not remote)

Terms: Part Time

Salary/rate: $20-$25 (based on experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Billing Clerk with working knowledge in customer invoicing, clearing vendor invoices, auditing paperwork for inventory control, and preparing and distributing reports. The Billing Clerk, as a valued member of the accounting department, will work closely with vendors, employees, and management.

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices for payment including receiving, coding, confirming completion of work, routing for review and approval.
• Review and match vendor invoices and audit and clear when confirmed.
• Compile and provide various reports for department personnel.

Audit paperwork for inventory control.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience of billing procedures.
• Experience using personal productivity tools like MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Teams, and Adobe PDF Pro.
• Experience working with business operating software such as MS Dynamics or Acumatica.
• Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• High School diploma.

Additional skills/knowledge (preferred):

• Experience working in the manufacturing or construction industry in a distribution environment.
• Familiarity with document managements systems

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
