Accounts Payable Clerk

Immediate hire. We are a real estate and property management company in Lexington looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk. Hours would be from 9:00 - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

Job Description: (but not limited to)

1. Invoicing, collecting of rents that come into the office, processing bills, etc.

3. Using Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily operations.

4. Using Quickbooks and producing reports.

5. Bill payment.

We will provide training for the property management aspect of the job and does not need any experience in that part of the field, but the candidate will need to meet the requirements below.

Candidate must have the following qualifications:

***College graduate with a major in accounting or similar fields is preferred.

1. Proficient in finance field and have been in the finance field for at least 3-4 years is desired.

2. Being knowledgeable with Quickbooks is desired.

3. Must be able to type over 40 words a minute.

4. Must be proficient with Excel.

5. Good working knowledge of computers, Word, and Outlook.

6. Use proper English and grammar.

7. Customer service oriented.

8. Great attitude.

9. Clean background.---We will do extensive background check.

10. No drug use.---We will do drug test.

This is a full-time position with 2 weeks paid vacation, sick days, and other benefits.

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 43 per week
