Office Manager Position Overview Job Responsibilities Payroll Enter payables / Enter client receipts / Pay vendors / Create new project #'s Check contractor applications for payment Request certificates of insurance Run an invoicing report/worksheets Prepare and send client invoices/statements Order office equipment i.e. printers, postage meters etc. as needed File business entity reports in all states licensed Get new hires all their needed paperwork and set them up in Ajera Track new EE's 90 day completion and get them benefit paperwork Work with Alliant group each year for our Research Tax Credit Prepare Professional Liability renewal application each year Create/administer Employee Handbook Contract snow removal, general building maintenance/repairs Prepare year end reports for CPA review (they prepare returns) Review health benefits renewals with agent "Manage" administrative support & marketing Notary Construction industry experience helpful Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
