Process and record accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and collections.
General Ledger Maintenance:
Assist in maintaining the general ledger by posting journal entries and reconciling accounts.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Financial Reporting:
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and summaries.
Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation.
Budgetary Support:
Collaborate with the finance team to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Monitor expenses and variances to ensure financial goals are met.
Expense Reimbursement:
Process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Reconcile credit card statements and receipts.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to the finance department as needed.
Assist with filing, data entry, and other routine tasks.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
