Reports To: Operations Manager
Base Salary: $40,000-$60,000 salary
Additional Commissions/Bonuses: Profit Share (amount tbd)
Vacation: 5 days (after 6 months of employment), 10 days (after 2 years of employment), 15 days (after 5 years of employment) *must be planned 2-weeks in advance and approved by upper management.
Paid Holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Sick Leave: 3 days paid and 3 days unpaid, extended leave is to be determined by upper management.

Work Schedule: 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, must be flexible to meet changing company needs
The administrative assistant is the right-hand man/woman of the Operations Manager. He/she will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination between our office and our external contacts including but not limited to our accounting, insurance, customer compliance, vendors, and special project partners to ensure smooth business operations. He/she will have a general understanding of how the entire LGA office is structured and aid in the efficient operating of the business. His/her responsibilities are as follows:
A. Maintain all documents via Google Drive and help standardize all operations.
B. Oversee onboarding of new employees along with the corresponding manager.
C. Manage the team board along with employee appreciation and holiday planning efforts.
D. Ensure timely and accurate payroll for all employees and sub-contractors.
E. Help manage special project documents and reports.
F. Maintain proper insurance documents for all subcontractors, customers, and projects.
G. Help with new vendor packets when onboarding new customers.
H. Oversee per-diem and travel plans for our technicians when necessary and creating the travel packets.
I. Maintain accounts payable for the company as well as all office supplies.
J. Ensure accurate reconciliation for all LGA invoices when compared to Northside invoices.
K. Maintain email correspondence as necessary.
L. Service Fusion superuser ensuring proper maintenance of workforce.
M. Provide reporting as determined by the operations manager.
N. Attend all required office meetings and always be prepared.
O. Assist the operations manager with tasks around the office.
P. Manage HR responsibilities including benefits, payroll, disciplinary tracking, and employee documents.
Q. Manage accounting and bookkeeping documentation and accuracy.
R. Always maintain a confidential mindset.
S. Assist with any daily tasks necessary in times of short staffing.
