Job Summary:
Being the Finance Administrator reporting to the CFO is responsible for banking and financial systems administration, vendor establishment and compliance thereof, assist in managing parts of the procurement processes, preparing management reports and provides administrative support to the CFO.
Responsibilities include:
You will assist the Accounting Department with administrative tasks (scheduling meetings, office administration, general tasks, minute and note taking, etc.).
You will prepare financial reports for the Accounting Department (AP reports, prepare dashboard/KPI Metrics, procurement reports,
You will maintain and coordinate the Accounting Department leave schedule.
You will maintain accounting documentation in the respective folders (financial files, contracts, bank statements, investment statements, credit card statements, etc.)
You will maintain New Vendor Forms and run the vendors on the IRS website and SAMS to maintain the separation of duties and internal controls policies and procedures documentation- this includes vendor procurement records for fiscal requirements.
You will assist in ensuring contractual compliance: review contracts and coordinate changes, review lease agreements and ensure compliance, and communicate contracts that are expiring to stakeholders.
Requirements include:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
A minimum of two year's experiencein administrative support, aggregating reports, and providing report analysis toleadership.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
Computer savvy and able to learn new applications and systems quickly.
Strong data-entry and analysis skills.
