Accountant / Bookkeeper

We are mid-sized CPA firm looking for an Accountant Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing the financial records for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine accounting records using QuickBooks Premier and QuickBooks Online
• Record daily, weekly and monthly transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations
• Assist clients with bill paying and cash management
• Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
• Report analysis and findings to management team

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of Bookkeeping and Accounting
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
