Job Description
The Outdoor Account Manager (OAM) builds relationships with commercial clients and collaborates with internal production and administrative support teams to deliver landscape services in the most professional manner. Commercial clients include HOAs, MUD boards, property managers, and building owners across Greater Houston. The OAM role also involves:
Promoting the Terry’s brand within assigned territory and identifying new business opportunities
Preparing estimates for commercial landscape maintenance, enhancements, and irrigation projects
Attending HOA and MUD board meetings to present estimates and provide project updates
Communicating proactively with clients to address any possible questions or concerns
Inspecting client properties regularly to ensure compliance with quality standards
Collaborating with the internal production team to implement necessary improvements
Identifying and selling additional enhancements to upgrade client properties
Essential Qualifications
Excellent communication and client management skills, with a passion for relationship-building
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities
Motivation to achieve a high level of client satisfaction and problem-solving talent
At least 18 years of age with legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
At least 5 years of prior experience in the landscape maintenance industry
