Key Responsibilities:

  • This role is responsible for building/maintaining relationships with customer, retaining existing business, and pursuing new sales opportunities.
  • Supports resolution of service delivery, service assurance and customer disputes and accounts receivable discrepancies (i.e. billing, installation, customer issues).
  • Takes initiative /accountability for producing desired results. Identifies and drives lifecycle sales opportunities to closure, focusing on customer service.
  • Leads contract renewal efforts for assigned accounts, generates contract addendums, and maintains contract expiration inventories.
  • Establishes and maintains productive long-term networks/relationships with customers.
  • Participates in presenting products, services and migrations that can benefit customer's needs.
  • Exhibits advanced wide-ranging experience, demonstrating complete extensive knowledge of the organization's entire product/service line.
  • Partners with clients to understand business needs, issues, strategies, and priorities to deliver valuable solutions.
  • Develops responses to Request for Proposals.
  • Identifies key trends and customer needs, leverages industry knowledge/applications, utilizes consultative skills to close sales for assigned accounts in accordance with company policy, procedures and culture.
  • Owns account relationship, responsible for meeting revenue objectives.
  • Demonstrates sustained record of sales achievement.
  • Effectively influences customers to diffuse potential problems.
  • Develops strategic initiatives to grow/retain the revenue stream of assigned accounts/projects of the highest complexity while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Acts as team lead to less experienced peers.

Education:

  • Requires bachelor's degree.

Experience:

  • Requires 10+ years direct work experience.

NOTE: This is not a Supervisory role.

Our Lead Account Manager 4 APEX, earn between $134,600 - $201,800. USD Annual

+ $39,000 in commissions yearly (when sales met the goal). Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
