We are looking for a Contract Manager in our Marine Business division to join our dynamic and fast-paced agreement delivery team. This position is open for remote work but preferred to be located in Florida or Texas.
What will you be doing as a Contract Manager:
- Communicate actively with your customer to ensure timely resolution of issues and prioritize actions leading to increased customer satisfaction as well as Wartsila' s profitability.
- Lead the collaboration between all internal stakeholders involved in delivering the scope of the agreement.
Main responsibilities:
- Accountable for customer satisfaction and the profitability of assigned agreements.
- Leading the agreement delivery team.
- Primary Wartsila representative facing the customer management and technical team.
- Plan, forecast and monitor the financial KPI's for each agreement (sales, margin etc).
- Implement when possible improved ways of working or tools to deliver the agreements.
- Execute the assigned agreements in accordance with the agreement and Wartsila procedures in a safe and cost-effective way.
- To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
- A strong understanding of the Maritime sector and the ability to translate this to tangible actions to support our customers.
- Excellent planning and execution skills that drive results.
- A customer service mindset and the willingness to go the extra mile.
- Experience leader with the ability to lead high performing teams.
Travel Requirement: Around 20-40%.
