General Manager
Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of stores operations, including bartending, hospitality, culinary, and kitchen management.
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Manage inventory control and ordering to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Handle cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Monitor quality and presentation to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with the CEO to create and update menus based on customer preferences and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in management or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing costs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
