JOB DESCRIPTION


An Account Executive plays a crucial role in presenting Align Technologies' busybusy time-tracking software and app to prospective clients. Your primary responsibility is to conduct in-depth, tailored product demonstrations, leveraging question-based selling to understand and challenge prospects in improving their business operations through the adoption of Align. A key part of your role involves a deep dive into each prospect's business, enabling you to uncover and address specific inefficiencies that the Align product can improve. Your questions should be based around the client, the trade they are in, and the product we offer so that your discovery allows you to know how they currently operate and how we can improve the prospect’s office and field communication. Success in this role requires a keen understanding of customer goals, plans, challenges, timelines, budgets, and their decision-making processes.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Sales efforts - virtual meetings and trade show presentations
  • Data hygiene - effectively use our tech stack to update call notes, leads, opportunities and accounts
  • Time management - meet with new clients from preset appointments and current prospect follow-up
  • Results - maintain a healthy close rate consistent with the team
  • Personal improvement - seek to improve daily from personal study, call reviews, contributing to sales meetings and coaching implementation
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 1-3 years experience as a quota-carrying sales representative and/or sales prospecting experience
  • Able to confidently speak with Business Owners, CEOs, CFOs, VP Finance, Controllers, Accountants
  • Self-motivated; a good portion of your income is commission!
  • Bonus: Knowledge about the construction industry
  • Bonus: SaaS sales experience
  • Bonus: Bilingual in English/Spanish


This is a full-time remote position located in the United States.


BENEFITS & COMPENSATION


  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $40,000-$45,000 + commissions. OTE (base + commissions) for this position is $100,000 - $150,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
  • The Align Technologies benefit program includes health, dental and vision coverage. In addition, the company offers disability, life insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
