Position Description:
Ideal candidates are financially driven and will guide patients to treatment acceptance. The General Dentist is expected to understand the metrics of the practice and to quickly adapt to the needs of the practice. Candidates will primarily present cases to patients, plan cases for the surgeon, develop plans for prosthetics, and deliver prosthetics. Financial compensation will directly reflect in the success and work ethic of the candidate. Candidates must have exceptional attention to detail, demonstrate empathy, quickly establish rapport, willingness to learn, and an ability to adapt. Candidates must produce results while coordinating with other departments to ensure exceptional patient experiences. We are offering competitive compensation, training, and opportunity for growth. In the practice training is offered for full arch systems and potentially All-on-4™ procedures as well.
Responsibilities
Consulting with Patients and Building Rapport
- Case presentation for full arch and single implant cases
Understand and Plan Surgical Workflow
- Use CBCT to view and diagnose cases
- Use planning software to plan implant cases
- Verify plans for surgeon
Understand and Manage Clinical Prosthetic Workflow
- Evaluate surgeries for prosthetic fabrication
- Communicate with the in-house lab technicians for successful design
- Deliver prosthetics, adjust, as necessary
Customer Service Discussions
- Answer patient questions and concerns
- Help guide patients through the full-arch process
Complete Small Implant Surgery Cases
- Single implant surgeries only as needed
Potential to also learn and complete full arch surgical cases.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $182,000.00 per year
