AddressSEJ Services is seeking a Technical Manager to join the team in Greer, SC. The successful candidate will oversee all branch operations. The ideal candidate will have service industry management experience, strong attention to detail, and superior managerial skills. The candidate must also have excellent organizational, proactive communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
The position reports to the Regional Manager and offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- As the Technical Manager (Paintline/Paintbooth Service), you oversee salaried supervisors, hourly team leads, and hourly team members in the delivery our services. What are the skills necessary for success?

- What education and experience are needed for success?
- 7 years+ supervisory experience in a manufacturing paintline/paintbooth service environment required.
- Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement are desired.
- Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision desired.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $80,000 depending on experience.
