Normal Work Schedule (Other):: Tri-County typically operates during the hours of Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM. The successful candidate can expect to travel between multiple campuses in Anderson, Oconee, and Pickens counties.

Job Responsibilities
Tri-County Technical College invites applicants to the role of CRM Manager of Recruitment, Admission, and Orientation. Under the general supervision of the Director of Recruitment, Admissions, and Orientation, the successful candidate is responsible for ensuring all CRM systems related to the recruitment, admissions, and Orientation funnel are maintain and utilized at an optimal level for efficient and effective communications and processing of student inquiries and applications.
The Manager will provide data, summary information, and analysis of key strategic indicators on a regular basis allowing the Assistant Director and Director to be proactive in making strategic decisions and in leading and directing the RAO Office and implementation of admissions policy for the college.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
System Maintenance: Provide ongoing maintenance and development to the CRM. Lead development and adjustments to communication campaign to expand the reach of the enrollment counselors and institution. Ensure system is appropriately setup and ready for each new term including process and structural updates to admissions application and communication plans. Provide setup, management, and support of the events management functions within the CRM. Serve as a leader on collegewide CRM team.
Processing and Department Support: In collaboration with the RAO leadership team, develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive processes and workflows to ensure the accuracy of the student records in the CRM including duplicate record management, report development and editing, and process design. Serve as a member of the RAO leadership team to create value-added experiences and ensure continuous improvements.
Documentation and Training: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of procedures to identify areas of improvement. Effectively document all processes (manual and automated) and workflows for continuity and consistency. Develop and update guides and procedures for use and maintenance of the CRM Recruitment suite. In collaboration with the CRM Admin, act as project manager and technical expert ensuring that improvements are successfully designed; while understanding the impact of the students and employees. Develop and implement training for the Recruitment suite of the CRM including event functionality and usage. Serve as the primary trainer for the RAO team and other offices using the recruitment functions of the CRM.

Minimum and Additional Requirements
A bachelor's degree and professional experience involving the collection, analysis, interpretation and presentation of quantified data. A master's degree in statistics may be substituted for the required work experience.
