As a Surgical Sales Specialist at Medi-Serv, you will lead the promotion and sales efforts for our advanced Wound Care products, particularly Amniotic Skin Grafts, in private office settings.
Position Overview:
We are actively seeking an experienced and driven Surgical Sales Specialist with a focus on Wound Care products, specifically Amniotic Skin Grafts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in medical sales and a deep understanding of the unique benefits of Amniotic Skin Grafts, with expertise in navigating physician reimbursement processes. The position will start off as a 1099.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive adoption and revenue growth of Amniotic Skin Grafts in private office settings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, physicians, and healthcare professionals.
- Provide comprehensive education and training on the benefits and proper usage of Amniotic Skin Grafts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and changes in reimbursement policies related to Wound Care.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of successful medical sales experience
- Proven expertise in selling Wound Care products, specifically Amniotic Skin Grafts
- In-depth understanding of physician reimbursement processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Pay: $90,605.00 - $250,000.00 per year
